Cleaning
The cleanliness of our vacation homes is of paramount importance to us. We ensure they are cleaned to the high-standards we always expected as guests ourselves and carry out pre-arrival checks to make sure everything is perfect. The smallest details can make the biggest difference!
Other services
Pool cleaning, Pest Control, AC care and Landscaping services are also offered if required. A thorough inspection is carried out after each and every guest so any issues are reported and dealt with in a timely, and affordable manner. It is our goal that every time you visit your home, you will find that everything is exactly the way you left it.
Booking Management
If you are considering offering your Florida home for short-term vacation rental, we can provide a full commission based booking service. You will have access to our management tools so you can see the rental income and bookings calendar at any time. Alternatively, if you would like to manage bookings yourself, we do not charge an occupancy fee for owner bookings.
Communication
We pride ourselves on open and honest communication. We are always available to our guests and homeowners and there are lots of ways to contact our team.
