This four-bedroom, three-bath villa with pool and games room comfortably accommodates 8 guests all on one level. Enjoy easy access to Disney theme parks, world-class golf, and downtown Orlando hotspots. The entire home benefited from an extensive six week refurbishment in November/December 2019. Every piece of furniture is brand new and the living room boasts a 75” Samsung smart TV. The master has a 55” TV and the guest bedrooms have 43” TV’s with access to Apple TV, Netflix, Disney + and Spectrum. The breakfast bar, kitchen table, and indoor and outdoor dining areas offer ample seating for the whole group to dine together. Then, relax on the sofas to watch your favourite shows on a flat-screen TV. Retreat to four bedrooms with private TVs, including a queen bedroom with shared bath and a king-size master with its own en-suite with standing shower and soaking tub. The third and fourth bedrooms each offer two twin beds and share an adjoining bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
Located in Kissimmee just off HWY192 Cumbrian Lakes is close to all the Orlando theme parks and has many supermarkets and restaurants close by. As the name would suggest, Cumbrian Lakes, has many lakes on the community, ideal for spotting some Florida wildlife.
